Stand-Up/ Improv/ Sketch Comedy
Sarah is a highly skilled comic, who does stand-up, improv, sketch comedy, and comedic writing. Sarah has been performed professional stand-up sets throughout Toronto, and has worked in the U.K. Sarah is currently part of the prestigious audition-based The Second City Conservatory Program.
Sarah most recently performed a set at The Opera House, The Comedy Bar, and Nothing Fancy.

Sarah Freia’s Writing Training
Sarah Freia has lived and studied in Paris, London, and Toronto. On top of her extensive acting, singing, and dance training, she has received formal education in Comedy and Comedy Writing from The Second City Conservatory + Grad Revue program, The Second City Stand-Up program, and Gotham Writers Workshop.
